Natural Food and Services (NFS) Return & Refund Policy
At NFS, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Food products that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through bank transfer or the original payment method.
